Delivery
Times
Orders
placed between Monday and Thursday are normally
dispatched
within 48 hours or less, orders placed Friday,
Weekends or
Bank holidays will be shipped on the next available
working
day. Delivery will take place Monday to Friday
between 7.30am
and 5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Someone will
need to
be present to sign for the delivery. If you require
an AM
(before 12.00 pm) or PM (after 12.00pm) delivery,
this can
be arranged at an additional charge. Other timed
delivery
slots can also be arranged. Unless an AM/PM delivery
has been
prearranged, we will be unable to stipulate a time
for delivery.

Delivery
Our
delivery partner will require a signature upon
delivery. If
you stipulate that the goods can be left outside
should you
not be there to accept the delivery, please be aware
that
this is entirely at your own risk and EDP (UK) Ltd
will accept
no liability for any shortages or damages
whatsoever. Our
carrier will leave a card containing contact
telephone number
and consignment number if there is no one present
and no prior
arrangement has been made to leave outside. It is
important
to contact the carrier to re-arrange the delivery.
Our carrier
will retain unclaimed goods for 5 days, after which
they will
be returned to us. Our terms regarding product
returns will
apply to this.PO
Box address or BFPO
Our carrier is unable to deliver to a PO Box address
or BFPO
address. Please supply a full UK postal address for
all deliveries.
In case of a BFPO delivery, please contact our
office for
information on delivery charges.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are £8.16, regardless of order value, to England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands/Borders. Large items such as Loosefill will be charged at £14.99.Bulk orders may be liable to a carriage surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you in advance of shipping your order
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Isles, Isle of Man and all other UK offshore destinations - please call 01702 618877 for a delivery price. There is no minimum order value.
The following Scottish postcodes are subject to an additional delivery charge: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17 PA20-49, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
Returns
When you order over the Internet or by mail order, you have seven days to evaluate the product in your home, if within those seven days you decide to return the product (unused and undamaged). you will be entitled to a full purchase cost refund, however this does not include shipping costs. Note. This does not apply to bespoke products.
Shortages
All claims of shortages must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
